Swati Bhagchandani: Lisenced Clinical Psychologist [M.Phil Clinical psychology (K.G.M.U.)]
Swati is a passionate mental health worker. She has a vision to spread mental health awareness and help people fight the taboo around it. She holds a work experience of around 7 years in the area of child and adolescent as well as adult mental health problems.
As a practicing Clinical Psychologist, she conducts psychometric assessments in both adults and children, as well as provides psychotherapeutic treatments. She has worked in the area of neurocognitive development of pre-mature and high risk infants at AIIMS, Delhi. She has also worked with NGOs and organisations like Ehsaas: Friends of Street Children in collaboration with Child helpline and Child centre homes.
She loves to train and teach as well, and has been teaching students of M.Phil Clinical Psychology in Amity University. She has also conducted a few corporate workshops with regard to mental wellness and communication patterns; and has been a part of corporate recruitments in companies like Airtel.
Her expertise is in working with cases of Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Personality Disorders and Behavioral problems both in adults and children. She also works in the area of parent training and family dynamics. The core psychotherapeutic management provided by her includes Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Behavioral Therapy and Parent Training. She also makes use of Transactional analysis, Hypnotherapy and relaxation techniques.
Currently she is associated to organizations like Richmond Fellowship Society, Lucknow and Indian Institute of Management-Lucknow, Jaipuria Institute of Management-Lucknow, Unicorn: Apple Premium Stores as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist. She owns a small clinical setup named Idha in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
